DES REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Welcome to the Dodgeville Elementary School's Registration Page! We are looking forward to the 2019-20 school year and are excited that you will be joining us. If you have any questions over the summer, please contact our Office at (608) 935-3307 x 2. We look forward to seeing you on the first day of school, which is Tuesday, September 3rd for 1st- 5th graders, Wednesday, September 4th for Kindergarteners, and Thursday, September 5th for ELP!
DISTRICT-WIDE REGISTRATION & PICTURE DAY
Tuesday, August 6th
7:30 am - 7:00 pm

All student pictures will be taken on registration day in the DHS gym. Registration will take place in the DHS commons area. Parents must accompany students to registration as several forms need to be completed. All registration materials will be available for pickup in each school's office beginning Monday, July 15th.
New students and parents should stop into the Elementary School Office as soon as possible to pick up registration materials, if a visit prior to the district-wide Registration Day is not possible, please call 935-3307 x 2, to begin the registration process.

DES School Supply List
Upon receipt of completed registration forms and school fees, classroom assignments will be given out. Kindergarteners will need to come for a 15 minute appointment to meet their teacher on September 3rd. Early Learners will need make their appointments for Tuesday, September 3rd or Wednesday, September 4th. Appointments can be made at registration.
