Meal program

EXTENDED SCHOOL CLOSURE FOOD SERVICE EFFORTS

Dodgeville School District is offering free take-home breakfast and lunch for all students because of the statewide school closures. Please utilize this resource to help your family or another family in need. We are asking all families to use https://bit.ly/2QgMU2n to either opt-in or opt-out. Families that are already receiving the meals do not need to complete.

Our food service department has been working with major food suppliers such as General Mills to make sure we have enough for all who can benefit from this program. This is, in part at least, why the program is free to all of our school-age population. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this resource as all of our home resources are stretched.

Beginning on Monday, March 30th and until further notice we plan to reduce our drop-off and deliveries to three days per week. Our goal is to minimize our social contact and the exposure of our staff while still providing meals for each week day.
● Locations: Dodgeville High School or Ridgeway Elementary School
● When: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
     ○ 2 days of meals on Monday & Wednesday
     ○ 1 day of meals on Friday
● Delivery available upon request.

If you do not have access to the internet or need alternative options, please send a text or leave a voicemail at (608) 574-2991.

If your entire family is needing additional meal assistance, please contact the Iowa County Food Pantry at (608) 935-2326 ext 603.
