Paul Weber

We're excited to announce that Dodgeville School District has found its next leader!

At last night’s School Board Meeting, Paul Weber was hired to replace outgoing District Administrator Dr. Jeff Jacobson, who is retiring at the end of the school year.

Weber was selected from a pool of 16 applicants after an extensive process which included multiple interviews and a public forum. We are confident Weber will be a strong leader, focused on student achievement, and will help lead a new strategic plan for our district.

Mr. Weber has over 29 years experience in education and administration. He spent 12 years as Social Studies Teacher prior to becoming a High School Principal and Athletic Director in Elk Mound and Pardeeville for the past 16 years. Currently, Weber is the Director of Secondary Schools for the Wausau School District.

“I am excited to serve the students, staff, and citizens of the Dodgeville School District. While interviewing I could sense the pride the community has in their schools. Dr. Jacobson should be complimented on the fine work he has done in creating a top-notch district.  My goal is to build off his accomplishments, knowing that the best is yet to come for the Dodgeville District. Based on the vision, "Start Here, Go Anywhere", my goal is a first-rate education for Dodgeville students through access and opportunity for all.  I will keep the community informed as I transition into the position. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and will work hard each and every day to earn your trust and confidence.”

In turn, Dodgeville School District feels fortunate to have Mr. Weber join our school community and are looking forward for his role to begin in July.
