DMS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Welcome to the Dodgeville Middle School's Registration Page! We are looking forward to the 2019-20 school year and are excited that you will be joining us. DISTRICT-WIDE REGISTRATION & PICTURE DAY
Tuesday, August 6th
7:30 am - 7:00 pm
Dodgeville High School
All student pictures will be taken on registration day in the DHS gym. Registration will take place in the DHS commons area. Parents must accompany students to registration as several forms need to be completed. All registration materials will be available for pickup in each school's office beginning Monday, July 15th.
New students and parents should stop into the Middle School Office as soon as possible to pick up registration materials, if a visit prior to the district-wide registration day is not possible, please call 935-3307 x 3, to begin the registration process.

IMPORTANT DATES:
FALL SPORTS MEETING - Monday, August 5th at 7:30 pm in the DHS Gym
New this year at DMS. There will be a mandatory Fall Sports Meeting held for all students and parents who plan on participating in a Middle School level Fall Sport.
REGISTRATION & PICTURE DAY - Tuesday, August 6th from 7:30 am - 7:00 pm in the DHS Gym/Commons
6th GRADE PARENT ORIENTATION - Thursday, August 22nd from 6:30 - 7:15 pm
Parents are invited to a separate Parent Orientation meeting in the Middle School Band Room.
6th GRADE ORIENTATION - Friday, August 23rd from 9:00 - 11:00 am
For those students who DID NOT attend Jumpstart to Middle School as part of the Summer Learning Program. Students will get a chance to tour the building, practice their locker combination and put supplies in their locker. Entrance will be through the Cafeteria doors at the Middle School.
DMS OPEN HOUSE - Thursday, August 29th from 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Students and parents are welcome to meet with the teachers and staff and may put any materials into their locker prior to the start of school. During the Open House, the office will also be open for anyone wishing to pay fees and/or complete any unfinished registration paperwork.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - Tuesday, September 3rd
The morning of the first day of school will begin with advisory meetings. Students should report to the cafeteria/gymnasium areas upon arrival to school. Student schedules, locker assignments, Student/Parent Handbooks, and other important classroom documents will be distributed during the advisory session.
