Learning to use the Mouse and Keyboard Activities:

Video on Using a mouse:  good video showing and describing how to use a mouse (a little over 3 minutes long).

Mouse Program:  great place to learn how to hold the mouse and practice using the mouse.

- Mouse Tutorial:  super fun website to help learn how to use the mouse, double click, and drop and drag.

Mousing Around:  students learn how to use a mouse, drop and drag, double click, etc. 

Minimouse:  has a lot of click and drag mouse activities for students to play.  Some advertisements may popup.

Let's Go Popping:  game where students pop as many bubbles as they can for one minute by moving the mouse.

Mouse Activites:  This link leads students through single and double click, drag and drop, and roll over activities while using the mouse.

Keyboarding Practice:  This link allows students to practice their keyboarding and identification of letters on the keyboard.

TypeTastic This website is designed for beginning lessons of learning to use the keyboard and touch typing.

Kidztype: website designed to teach and practice your keyboarding. This website has lots of activities to practice and learn keyboarding.

Starfall Reading and Math:  Website designed to help teach and reinforce reading with phonics for children.

PBSKids:  Games and activities for children of all ages. Math, nature, healthy, and reading games are available to play

Room Recess:  Educational games for kids in grades kindergarten - 5th grade. Games are related to concepts in math, reading, spelling, language arts, and basic problem solving.
