RES GENERAL INFORMATION
ATTENDANCE
It is important for all Ridgeway Elementary School students to demonstrate an excellent attendance record. When a student must be absent, parents are to contact the RES School Office (608) 935-3307, ext. 1000 by 8:30 am stating the reason for the absence and when he/she will return. To provide for compliance with state law, parents/guardians should also provide a written doctor’s statement in the case of an extended illness of 3 days or more. Extended or planned absences should be communicated to the school office at least one week prior to the missed days. For more information, please see the RES Student/Parent Handbook.

Students who are returning to RES, will pick up a census information print out and verify all information. The form attached is a fillable form that needs to be filled out and updated. Please make sure to check all boxes for permissions. Photo/videotaping, Photos on website, internet use, Field trips, and Medical treatments.
